The Health and Wellness Fair was held on Friday 29th May and involved the Grade 12 Food and Nutrition class and Grades 5 & 6 classes. The Maple Leaf International School Pan Ensemble left for Toronto, Canada on May 26th. The students got to showcase Trinidad and Tobago’s national instrument as part of the cultural events leading up to the Pan-American Games, which will take place in Toronto this summer. On Saturday, May 23rd, ten high school students received training in basic First Aid and CPR. They demonstrated skills necessary to rescue adults, children or infants who were choking or needed CPR.
