Last Sunday, April 8, the National Aquathlon was held at Las Cuevas. Congratulations to Alec Mendes (Gr. 6) who placed 3rd in the boys 11-12, Josh Fuller (Gr. 7) who placed 8th in Boys 13-15 and to Jonathan Thompson (Gr. 10) who placed 3rd in the Youth 16-19. Well done Alec, Josh & Jono!

The Grade 7’s and 8’s got to switch their class rooms for an outdoor hike up to the tracking station in Chaguaramas.
Maple Leaf International School secondary students are looking to be active in the community.
On February 2nd, 2018 we had a visit from the Forestry Division. Our Elementary students got to learn about the importance of wetlands . In commemoration, two miniature Poui trees were planted on our school grounds.

Maple Leaf took part in the T&T International Marathon as a relay team of 6 runners each doing 7km (4.37 miles). The race started at 5:30am in Freeport and ended at the Savannah. Students are invited to The University of Tampa’s annual Reception in Port of Spain on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at the Hilton Trinidad and Conference Center from 4-6:00pm.
The Grade 12 Annual Art Exhibit will be held on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018 from 6pm to 7:30pm in the Great Hall. All are invited to view the talent and creativity of these students.
